Use this guide to connect Zoom to DomeBook, generate meeting links for scheduled events, disconnect Zoom, or request deletion of Zoom integration data.

Adding Or Connecting The Zoom App
- Sign in to DomeBook™ with the account authorized to manage scheduling for your organization.
- Open DomeBook™ settings and go to the integrations or meeting conferencing section.
- Select Zoom and follow the authorization flow.
- Sign in to the Zoom account you want to use for DomeBook™ meetings.
- Review the requested permissions and approve the connection if you want DomeBook™ to create Zoom links.
DomeBook™ only accesses Zoom integration data after the user authorizes the connection. If your Zoom account is managed by an organization, an administrator may need to allow or approve the app.
Using Zoom With DomeBook™
After Zoom is connected, DomeBook™ can generate Zoom meeting links for scheduled events when Zoom is selected in your scheduling settings. DomeBook™ may store meeting metadata, meeting links, and meeting IDs so invitees and organizers can access the correct meeting details.
DomeBook™ uses Zoom data only as needed to provide the requested scheduling and meeting-link functionality. Zoom data is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train generalized AI or machine learning models.
Disconnecting Zoom Inside DomeBook™
- Sign in to DomeBook™.
- Open settings and go to integrations or meeting conferencing.
- Select Zoom.
- Choose disconnect, remove, or revoke access.
- Review any confirmation message and save your changes.
Disconnecting Zoom stops DomeBook™ from creating new Zoom meeting links for that connected account. Existing appointments may still show meeting details that were created before the integration was disconnected.
Removing DomeBook™ From The Zoom App Marketplace
- Sign in to your Zoom account.
- Open the Zoom App Marketplace.
- Go to Manage, then Added Apps or Installed Apps.
- Find DomeBook™.
- Select Remove or Uninstall and follow Zoom's confirmation steps.
Removing the app from Zoom revokes the Zoom-side authorization. You may also disconnect Zoom in DomeBook™ to keep your DomeBook™ settings aligned with your Zoom account.
Data Deletion And Support
To request deletion of Zoom integration data associated with your DomeBook™ account, email support@domelabs.co. Include the email address used with DomeBook™, your organization name, and that your request relates to the Zoom integration.
For other Zoom setup, reconnection, or meeting link issues, contact support@domelabs.co with the affected account email, event time, and any error message you received.
