For DomeBook™ support, email support@domelabs.co. We use support requests to troubleshoot the issue, verify the affected account or integration, and respond with next steps.
What To Include
When opening a support request, please include:
- Your name and the email address used with DomeBook™.
- Your organization or business name.
- The integration involved, such as Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Calendar, or Zoom.
- A short description of what you were trying to do and what happened instead.
- Relevant booking link, event time, error message, or screenshot if available.
- Whether the issue affects one user, multiple users, or all users on the account.
Google Calendar Connection Issues
If Google Calendar is not connecting or availability looks incorrect, confirm that you are signed in to the intended Google account, that the requested permissions were approved, and that the calendars you expect to use are available in your Google account. If the connection was removed or permissions changed, reconnect Google Calendar from your DomeBook™ settings.
Microsoft Outlook And Calendar Issues
If Microsoft Outlook or Microsoft Calendar is not connecting, confirm that you are using the correct work or school account and that your Microsoft administrator allows the requested permissions. Some organizations require admin consent before third-party apps can access calendar data. If permissions changed, reconnect the Microsoft integration from your DomeBook™ settings.
Zoom Connection Issues
If Zoom links are not being generated or the Zoom connection fails, confirm that you are signed in to the intended Zoom account and that the DomeBook™ app is still installed or authorized. Reconnect Zoom from DomeBook™ settings if the authorization expired, was removed, or was changed by an account administrator.
Disconnecting Integrations And Removing Data
You can disconnect supported integrations from DomeBook™ where available. To request help disconnecting an integration or removing integration data, email support@domelabs.co with the account email, organization name, and the integration you want disconnected or removed.
