1. Our approach

We want people with disabilities to be able to learn about DomeLabs and its brands and contact our team. Accessibility is part of the design of this website, including its content, navigation, and forms.

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a design reference. Naming that target does not mean every page or interaction meets every requirement.

2. What this statement covers

This statement concerns domelabs.co, the DomeLabs company website, including the DomeBook™ documents published on it. Each brand’s website has its own accessibility statement.

The client platform at app.domelabs.co, separately hosted scheduling experiences, and websites operated by client businesses require their own assessments. This statement is not a certification of those services.

3. Design considerations

Our design approach includes:

  • Organizing content with headings, readable text, and descriptive links.
  • Using labeled controls, native HTML where practical, and visible keyboard focus.
  • Designing the site’s dark theme with WCAG 2.2 Level AA as the reference, including the contrast of text and controls.
  • Allowing layouts and text to adapt to smaller screens and zoom.
  • Respecting reduced-motion settings for supported animations and keeping essential information available without waiting for an animation.
  • Respecting forced-colors settings, such as Windows contrast themes.

4. Current status and limitations

A full accessibility audit has not yet been completed, and we have not established verified WCAG conformance. Keyboard navigation, screen-reader use, zoom and reflow, contrast, and the complete contact form journey still need a coordinated manual review.

The platform illustration repeats automatically without a visible pause control. Reduced-motion handling exists, but does not replace a pause control for everyone who may need one. This animation needs further review.

If an animation, form, or other control prevents you from using the site, you can contact us directly by email. Let us know the information or assistance you need; you do not have to complete the affected form to report the issue.

5. Report a barrier or request assistance

Please email the contact below. A short explanation is enough. If you can, include:

  • The page address and what you were trying to do.
  • What prevented you from completing the task.
  • The help or alternative format that would be useful.
  • Your browser, device, or assistive technology, if you are comfortable sharing it.

6. Keeping this statement accurate

The date above records the statement revision, not an audit date. The statement should be updated as accessibility reviews are completed, barriers are identified or addressed, and the website changes.

We have not published a guaranteed response or remediation timeline. This does not limit obligations or rights under applicable law.

Need help using the website?

We handle accessibility requests through sales@domelabs.co. If you cannot read information, use a control, or send the contact form, tell us about the barrier and the help or format you need.
