Overview
DomeBook™ is a scheduling product by DomeLabs that helps businesses offer appointment booking, calendar coordination, and meeting link creation. We use personal information only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the requested functionality.
Information We Collect
Depending on how DomeBook™ is configured and used, we may collect account information such as name, email address, organization, scheduling preferences, appointment details, invitee contact information, and support messages.
If a user connects a Google Calendar, Microsoft Calendar, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom account, DomeBook™ accesses integration data only after the user authorizes that connection through the applicable provider.
Calendar And Meeting Integration Data
For Google Calendar and Microsoft Calendar or Outlook integrations, DomeBook™ may access account email or profile identifiers, calendar lists, availability or busy times, and calendar events created by DomeBook™. We use this data to show availability, prevent double-booking, and create, update, or cancel scheduled events as configured by the user or account.
For Zoom integrations, DomeBook™ may access account email or profile identifiers, meeting metadata, Zoom meeting links, and Zoom meeting IDs. We use this data to generate meeting links and manage scheduled meeting details as requested through DomeBook™.
How We Use Information
We use DomeBook™ information to:
- Display available booking times and reduce scheduling conflicts.
- Create, update, reschedule, or cancel appointments and related calendar events.
- Generate and attach Zoom or other meeting links when configured.
- Send scheduling confirmations, reminders, operational notices, and support responses.
- Maintain service security, troubleshoot issues, and keep business records.
Limits On Use Of Integration Data
DomeBook™ does not sell Google, Microsoft, or Zoom user data. DomeBook™ does not use Google, Microsoft, or Zoom user data for advertising. DomeBook™ does not use this data to train generalized AI or machine learning models.
DomeBook™'s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs is designed to comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Sharing Information
We may share information with service providers that help us operate DomeBook™, such as hosting, database, security, analytics, email, calendar, and meeting infrastructure providers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transaction.
Retention
We retain personal information and integration data only as needed to provide DomeBook™, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and keep reasonable business records. Retention periods may vary based on account settings, operational needs, and legal requirements.
