These terms apply to use of DomeBook, including scheduling workflows and optional third-party calendar and video meeting integrations.

Acceptance Of Terms
By accessing or using DomeBook™, you agree to these Terms of Use. DomeBook™ is provided by DomeLabs for businesses and their authorized users to manage scheduling, availability, appointments, and related meeting details.
Authorized Use
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and that you have authority to use DomeBook™ on behalf of your organization. You may not use DomeBook™ for unlawful activity, abusive behavior, unauthorized access, or interference with the service.
Third-Party Integrations
DomeBook™ may support integrations with Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Calendar, Microsoft Teams where applicable, Zoom, and other third-party services. You must have authority to connect any third-party account to DomeBook™.
You remain responsible for complying with the terms, policies, account settings, administrator requirements, and consent requirements of each third-party provider. DomeBook™ may create, update, or cancel calendar events, appointments, meeting links, or related metadata only as configured by the user or account.
DomeLabs is not responsible for third-party provider outages, account restrictions, admin consent requirements, unavailable APIs, permission changes, provider policy changes, or other issues outside DomeLabs' control.
Scheduling And Communications
DomeBook™ helps coordinate availability and appointment details, but users are responsible for reviewing booking settings, availability rules, appointment details, attendee information, and any messages sent through the service.
Service Changes
DomeLabs may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of DomeBook™ from time to time. We may also update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use of DomeBook™ after updates means you accept the updated terms.
Privacy
Our handling of personal information and integration data is described in the DomeBook™ Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
DomeBook™ is provided on an as-available basis. DomeLabs does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free scheduling, or continued availability of third-party integrations.
